In our One-year Course, we take you on a journey of discovery through the world of painting with oils. You begin by developing a strong foundation on which you continuously build. Together with the instructor, you look at Old Masters like Rembrandt, Ruysdael, and Goya and place them in a contemporary context. Various painting styles and techniques are covered, whereby you gradually discover what kind of painter you are. Maybe you’ll drift away into your own landscapes, or maybe you’ll find it more interesting to make portraits of people. Maybe you’ll want to immerse yourself in abstract forms, or maybe you’ll prefer to paint realistically. The One-year Course teaches you not only to look at painting differently, but also at yourself, in a positive way.
